With more than twenty-four (24) years of professional work experience in a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, Mr. Sheikh has successfully developed strategies to address the numerous immigration challenges facing multinational corporations.Additionally, he has held leadership positions at multinational corporations within the hospitality, pharmaceutical, health care, travel, manufacturing, multi-media and technology sectors managing their immigration programs with high volumes. Moreover, Mr. Sheikh has substantial work experience in obtaining temporary and permanent (green card) visas for business, technology, scientific, managerial and executive personnel. He is a subject matter expert on all work-related visa classifications (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, TN, O-1, PERM, and family-based immigration matters, naturalization, and consular processing. Furthermore, his experience includes obtaining permanent residence for outstanding researchers, extraordinary ability foreign nationals and those seeking national interest waivers. During his professional journey, Mr. Sheikh worked directly with managing partners of national and international law firms such as Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Maggio & Kattar, O’Brien & van Stiphout, and Greenberg Traurig. Moreover, he worked with the U.S. Department of State and successfully processed several thousands of visa applications. During his employment at the U.S. Department of State, he completed specialized courses related to U.S. immigration law and citizenship and received many awards including the most prestigious Meritorious Honor Award for his outstanding achievements within the U.S. immigration and visa processing. Furthermore, Abdul has extensive experience using immigration case management systems such as Lawlogix, INS Zoom, DocketWise, Bluedot, and Cerenade’s eimmigration.
